Natural Stone Cleaning and Sealing
Deep cleaning and professional sealing that protect natural stone and keep it looking its best, indoors and outdoors.

Protection that keeps the work looking new
Most natural stone is porous. Coffee, oil, wine, pool water and everyday dirt can soak into the surface and leave stains that are hard to remove. Outdoors, the South Florida sun, humidity and rain add mold, algae and discoloration to porches, patios, terraces and pool decks.
We start with a deep cleaning that removes what household products cannot reach, then apply a penetrating sealer chosen for the stone and the location. A good sealer does not change the look of the stone, but it slows down absorption so you have time to clean up spills before they become stains. On porcelain, sealing usually applies to the grout joints or to porcelain products made to receive it, since most dense porcelain does not need an impregnating sealer.
Cleaning and sealing is also the best way to protect a floor or countertop right after a restoration, and it is one of the simplest ways to extend the life of your stone.

More questions“Alberto, Victor and Rodrigo did a great job with cleaning and sealing all of our porcelain terraces. They work very hard and pay attention to detail.”
How do I know if my stone needs sealing?
Place a few drops of water on the surface. If the stone darkens within a few minutes, it is absorbing liquid and will benefit from sealing.
Does sealing make stone stain-proof?
No sealer makes stone completely stain-proof, but a good penetrating sealer gives you much more time to clean up spills before they absorb.
Do you clean and seal outdoor porches and terraces?
Yes. We clean and seal porches, patios, terraces and pool decks, which are especially exposed to sun, rain and humidity in South Florida.
