Tile and Grout Cleaning in Boca Raton

When mopping is not enough anymore

Grout is porous. Every time a floor is mopped, some of the dirty water ends up in the grout lines, and over the years they turn from their original color to gray or almost black. Textured porcelain traps dirt in the same way, so a floor can look dirty even right after it was cleaned.

Our tile and grout cleaning goes deeper than household cleaning can. We pre-treat the surface with cleaners suited to the tile and grout, agitate the dirt out of the texture and joints, and rinse and extract it so it does not settle back. When it makes sense, we seal the grout so it resists new stains and stays easier to maintain.

We clean tile floors, walls and showers inside the home, as well as patios, terraces and pool decks outdoors, throughout South Florida and Central Florida.

How we approach tile and grout cleaning

Every project starts with understanding the stone. These are the steps a typical tile and grout cleaning project follows.

  1. 01

    Inspection and testing

We check the tile and grout and test cleaners on a small area.

  2. 02

    Pre-treatment

Cleaning solutions break down embedded dirt, grease and residue.

  3. 03

    Agitation and extraction

Dirt is worked out of the texture and grout lines and removed.

  4. 04

    Rinse and dry

The surface is rinsed so no residue is left behind to attract new dirt.

  5. 05

    Grout sealing

Optional sealing helps grout resist stains and keeps maintenance simple.

Will cleaning make my grout look new?

In most cases deep cleaning removes embedded dirt and restores much of the original color. Grout that is permanently stained or damaged may need color sealing or regrouting, and we will point that out during the assessment.

Do you clean outdoor tile and pool decks?

Yes. We clean porches, patios, terraces and pool decks, removing dirt, mold and discoloration caused by the Florida climate.

Should grout be sealed after cleaning?

Sealing right after a deep cleaning is the best moment to do it. It helps grout resist new stains and makes routine cleaning easier.
